What is the Shopping Bag and how does it work?
       The Shopping Bag holds all the items you have decided to order -- and you can order as many items as you like. From virtually anywhere in the site, you can view the items you have added to your bag simply by clicking "Shopping Bag" on the navigation bar.

How do I put items in my Shopping Bag?
       Select the "Buy" button by any item. Once inside the shopping bag you can change your quanity. NOTE: Clicking on "Shopping Bag" in the navigation bar atop does not "add" items to your bag, it simply show the items currently selected.

How do I make changes to my Shopping Bag?
       To remove an item(s) from your Shopping Bag set the quanity to zero(0) and select "Recalculate".

Must I buy every item I put in my Shopping Bag?
       No. Adding items to your Shopping Bag does not obligate you to buy them. You may remove or change items in your Shopping Bag at any time.

How do I order items?
       Once you are finished shopping, go to your Shopping Bag. You will see a list of all the items you have selected. To begin the process of purchasing these items, click the "Go to Payments " button.
       Next, at the Billing and Shipping page you will need to fill out your billing, shipping (if different from your mailing address), payment and e-mail information. First, fill in your billing information. The billing information is the information of the credit card holder. Next, fill in the shipping information. NOTE: If the shipping information is the same as the billing information you don't have to fill in shipping. The next screen will ask if you want to pay by credit card or pay by credit card via the phone. Next, fill out your credit card information. You can also choose to pay by phone. If you select this payment option, a custemer representative will call you conforming your order, call us if you don't hear from us in 48 hours. Our Customer Service Center Sunday - Monday, 9am-5pm CST, at 1-888-80YARNS (1-888-809-2767). Our Customer Service Representatives will take your credit card information and complete your order. At the end of your order you will be given a "confirmation number", please have this number available at the time of your call. NOTE: We will confirm your order via email. The phone call is only to validate your credit card information. Please call within 48 hours to complete your order. Next, fill out your email address. Be sure this is correct!
       To proceed to the Confirmation page, click the "Continue" button. If you select the "Cancel" button ALL information on the order form will be deleted and your items in your Shopping Bag will be removed.

How do I submit my order?
       After you have entered the appropiate information on the Credit Card page or the phone confirmation number , click the "Order Now" button. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT THIS POINT. Your credit card will be charged once your order has been shipped. The shipping charges and appropriate tax (Illinois residents only) will be added at this point.
      We suggest you print out the Confirmation page for future reference and as a receipt. An invoice will be sent via email, which will include the confirmation number. IMPORTANT: If you do not print out the Confirmation page or the email invoice please write down your confirmation number - this number MUST be confirmed when paying by phone. You will receive another email message when your order is shipped.

What methods of payment are accepted to purchase books online?
       We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.


Can I pay by phone?
       Yes. To pay by phone, complete your order online and select the pay by phone option. After you have submitted your order, call 1-888-80YARNS (1-888-809-2767). The Customer Service Center is available Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm CST. You may leave a messege after these hours. Our Customer Service Representatives will take your credit card information over the phone to complete your order.

We will ship USPS or Priority Mail when applicable. Orders over 5 lbs, will be shipped UPS. Please note that UPS will not deliver to a PO address. Special arrangements can be made for pattern orders only at the time order is placed.

How do I track my package when it is shipped?
       You will receive an email notifying you when your order ships. It will include a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package, from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it arrives at your door, at http://www.ups.com. NOTE: This is available for domestic orders only.

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
       Yes. You can cancel all or part of your order if you contact us prior to receiving email notification that your order has been shipped. If you want to cancel all or part of your order, email us at Service@ptyarns.com with your confirmation number, the titles of the item(s), and the canceled or changed quantity.       NOTE: You currently cannot add to existing orders or combine orders.

      Sales tax is added only to orders sent within the state of Illinois. Illinois State law requires sales tax on the full amount of the order.
